How to Add Tickers & Avatars to Your Profile

Adding Tickers to your Profile


For this Example we will use Magical Kingdoms Tickers

The Same steps can be applied to other Wedding Ticker Sites.

Step 1

Find the Ticker site you wish to use, for this exampl, Click on http://www.magicalkingdoms.com/timers/stepone/wedding.html this link will bring you straight to the Wedding Coundown Tickers Page.


Step 2

Select the Background you wish to use, after selecting the button to the left ( which will turn black to indicate you have chosen one ) of the background. You will then need to scroll to the Bottom of this page and click on where it says Step 2 Select your Slider.

Step 3

This page allows you to select your marker / slider which will move each day and indicate the amount of days / weeks/ months to your Wedding Day. After choosing scroll down to the end of the Page and click on Step 3 Input Text

Step 4

In the Box where is states SELECT WEDDING DATE For example 01 June 2011 then click on select a small Calender will appear, as this is an American Site and their date order is as follows (Month is listed First, Date is listed Second, and Year is last), it will ask you whether you want the date to be THIS MONTH or CLOSE. If you click on CLOSE (as this sample ticker was created in the month of January)

Fill out all other details if you wish. Then click on CREATE TICKER

Step 5

You will then given a page with codes go to the text that is highlighted in ORANGE and copy ( Pc CTRL + C or Mac Apple + C ) If you have difficulty selecting the highlighted text you wish to copy you can use space bar to separate the highlighted text in ORANGE from the text on either side this can make highlighting and copying alot easier for you

Step 6

Log in to Weddingzone.ie Wedding Forums http://www.weddingzone.ie/members/login/forum
then go into your USER CONTROL PANEL which you will Find on the Top Left (when looking at your computer screen )

Step 7

In the User Control Panel there are Six Folders at the Top from Overview to Friends & Foe Click on the Profile Folder and when this folder opens on the Left Side Click EDIT SIGNATURE in BOX as shown in sample below paste code (Pc CTRL + V or Mac Apple + V

Click Preview To check you are happy with your Ticker ( Should Look Like below) if so then click on the Submit button.

Repeat steps again if you wish to change your ticker.
