Oh your dress is fab!!! While you might notice the difference in stitching someone else wont as they arent going to be loooking at it in as much detail as you are!

I agree unless the stiching is black or something I doubt anyone will notice.. Just as long as it is strong enough so that it doesn't split you should be fine. But if you are worried then you could get a veil or something like that to cover it

Oh yeh, unless the stitching was a different colour no one will notice, and as fgirl said a veil would cover it up if you are worried. You could also take it to a dressmakers and they could be able to tell you if they stitching would hold up. Just remember to pack a needle and thread in your emergency bridal bag!!

Exactly, and never know when a seam might pop or a hem fall in anything including the bm dresses or a button of the groomsmens shirts or suits!!!! There is a list somewhere about what you should have in your emergency bag that you can leave in the room and also what you should have in a bag that someone carries with them for you or thats in your car. Just have to remember where I saw it as was a brilliant list and you could add whatever you needed to it!
