Cabbage Soup Diet

I'm trying out this cabbage soup diet, a friend of mine and his girlfriend did it and each lost over 2 stone in weight. I'm on day 1 but am struggling already as I love my sweet and savory foods. I have about 3 stone to loose and I don't want to be forever trying to loose it.

stick at it, My sister did it about 2 years ago and it does work. Keep thinking of your special day.

Stick at it it does work, and its also healthy it also make your skin glow.
