So i thought it might be nice to have somewhere we can write down our weightloss goals and maybe discuss progress and stuff
I want to get down to a size 10-12... I started off as a 16 in pants and 18n in tops 2months ago. I am down to a 14 in pants and a 16 in tops (sometimes having a big chest can be bad
)
My motivation is gone now though I don't know what to do

Im the same as you, 14/16..
I wanna be in a 12 as well. Im doing HERBALIFE though. Its brilliant!
Im currently 13st.8

That was my start off weight, I am now 12.7 I am hoping to get down to around 9-10stone but I am going to wait and see because I don't want to be too skinny either
I haven't heard of herbalife... might look into it..

Its very good its all 100% natural.
The program I am on is Something like this.
AM
Take herbal suppliments and 1 cup of herbal tea.
Breakfast - Smoothie (Frozen fruit, 1/2 a low fat youghart, 4fl Oz Fruit juice and 1 scoop of powder)
10am More tea!
11.30 Take Thermo complete ~(fat burner)
12 Tea
1-2 Suppliments
Lunch- Another Smoothie (as above- fruit and juices can be changed to vary taste)
2.30 Tea
3.30 Thermo complete again
4 tea
Evening- Take suppliments and Have a GOOD home cooked meal . (spuds veg meat ect)
Get at least 2 LTR water a day (easy enough if your on the herbal teas!

I find it easy enough coz Id be big into me fruit and veggies anyway. Tastes Yum and Im never hungry except about half 5 when Im makin me dinner I be STARVIN for it! You should look into if if you need something to get you a wee jumpstart... Its very good,

Thats brilliant progress on the weight loss girls. Im a ten on bottom and a 10-12 on top, I used to be a 8-10 on top before I went on the pill and now my breasts grew a size, but ive lost my curves and got a bit of a pot belly and went from 8/8 and a half stone to 9 and a half stone, so would like to drop half a stone or a stone to get back my curves but finding it very difficult as Ive been exercising the whole way through the past few years and have still gained some weight! Might look into the herbalife to see if it would suit me for a bit of a kickstart.

Yeh ive changed it a bit, I do a 15mile cycle at least once a week, do alot of walking and ive started swimming again and also doing a pilates class once a week, so hopefully that will all help, im just very impatient and want results now!

I would love a magic wand, i have just all of a sudden become more aware of my weight and I dont know why, might be these 2 weddings that I have coming up in the next few weeks, and im measuring myself up to my sisters who are skinner than me, though the fact that they are taller probably helps them, but so hard not to measure myself up to them.

Its pobubly all the wedding stuff. to tell you the truth you sound like the perfect size not too skinny.. But if its what you really want to do why not focus on toning up rather than weight loss.
