Thats not the best customer service. If you were in town could you call in to them to see if they were open and if you could then try on some dresses, as you did try to make an appointment, but they never got back to you!

Re: Would you buy your wedding dress online
Hey, I found a fab dress in a magazine, went to try it on in a shop in town and fell in love but it was €1200. I found a site that make replicas online and ordered it for €100. It took 4 months for it to come. The guy said it was sent twice when it obviously wasnt. as i wasnt in any hurry it was fine but if u have a deadline i'd be wary about ordering online. The quality of the dress was a lot lower than the original but if your planing on having a wedding abroad it would be perfect as not as heavy as the original, so thats a plus. The stitching is not great but for €100 online dresses seem to be a great buy. I ordered mine to fit but it is still a bit loose in places. If ordering again i would order it bigger so there is more material to work with when taking it in. Hope this helps

yes it is hugh savings. I was a bit ahead of myself though and didn't really get to enjoy going around to all the different shops and try on loads of different styles. i dont mind if i end up getting another because the cost wasn't much and i can give the online dress to a charity shop

I've attached a picture of the original, the dress i got is very similar, they used sequins for the decorative parts and could be changed. I got a petticoat online also to fill out the bottom of the dress. They made the dress in two parts so the sewing at the back isn't great but im sure i can do something with it if i decide to wear it.
