Invitations
Does anyone know any one that does cheap invitations i have 200 going to my wedding and i'd like to save on cost on stuff like invites, seat covers etc
Has anyone ever made their own invites? Is it hard? My sister does wedding flowers so she'd have the creative streak to help me should i decide to make them
Thank you for any replies in advance

Re: Invitations
I don't see why you couldn't make your own, some of the ones you see at wedding fairs etc. are fairly simple looking so I'd say along with your sister being a bit creative you could do it, they would be more personal then.

Re: Invitations
I put this post in another category also in relation to a similar post, but maybe it will help.
You can now get invitation making kits from the likes of lantz, and they are not too expensive but you get to design you own. Other then that Easons or Art & Hobby shops sell card making packs and little motif packs that you could do something by you to go with a theme if you have one but a little bit unusual, different maybe? I don't know would you be up to this.
You could maybe round up family members to help you.

Re: Invitations
If you google diy wedding invitation kits it will give you lots of options. Also just beware that depending on the invitation/paper etc, some may require a laser printer. hope this helps. I do know of a few that have made their own & they have all turned out great, half say they would never again do it & others say it was easy
