Wel ive cycled a few times to and from work, it is very tiring, and very tough in this weather as it is so warm!!!!

Yeh, was doing well there for a few days, but was working a few days in a row and was far to tired to do, must try and get back ot it now after my day off when im well rested!

I have recently got engaged and although we have not set a date, I am on fitness plan to slim down before I look for my dress. I have started going the gym for about 1hr and a half and I am really feeling the benefits. Problem is there is so many tastings, parties etc, Im tempted to fall off the wagon hah

i think that is great aoibhe, 1 thing I was told that I found really helpful was: If you slip up one day dont think that is a mess up of the whole diet, just start up again the next day...
It was worded better, but you get the jist... I have found it helpful anyway
