I wish I had an excersize bike, or a threadmill. But i do have a wii fit.. so i may go and do that now..

I never tried the wii fit, just got myself a bike and Im starting to cycle in to work as oftne as I can, which at the mo is once a week till I get fitter and less lazy about it, take 45 mins and in the morning I prefare taking the lazy option of an extra half an hour in bed and getting a taxi!!! :roll:

Yeah I think I would too.. I tried to go on a bike a few years ago.. not as easy as I remembered...
I don't think I would be able to get up and cycle 45mins to work in the morning... I would rather work I think.. But I may have a look into getting a bike

I got my bike in halfords, they are doing good deals and assemble the bike there themselves. I got my bike and all accessories I need for 300e!
