Operation Transformation

Postby pintsize52 » Wed Mar 03, 2010 7:36 pm

Hi all,

I was looking at the www.rte.ie website earlier and I saw that operation transformation is finishing tomorrow night. I see that there has been a lot of excellent results from the 5 leader – I think that they have lost something like 10 stone between them. To me it nearly sounds too good to be true. Has anyone here been following it or have any good results?

I have never done it, but ppl that pick a leader that is similar to their circumstances do seem to get good results, the only thing I dont know about is when the program stops do ppl manage to keep the weight off and keep up the good habits, especially without a leader to follow anymore!

grogmg.. I know what you mean about not keeping it up afterwards.. But I guess by that time they may be in the routine and hopefully alot of them keep it up because of that!
I would love to do it :)
