Re: Holiday Diets
Ok I am going to try start walking today. Hopefully
Going to go with my dog, think they are more reliable than people
Let you know how I get on.
Deffinitly going to use that shopping excuse.. hehehe..
gracie if the stitch keeps at you I would go to the doctor, sometimes things like kidney infections can feel like stiches...

How is the stich now?? I hope its better
sorry if I worried you I didn't mean to
So I went for a walk with my dog to my H2b's house yesterday...
I learnt a few things..
1. My boyfriends house is further away than i thought
2. My dog is a nutter
3. wear runners when going for a walk.. lol
I am really sore today though.. think I will take it easy today and start again tomorow

ah i'm glad you went for your walk. i know how you feel with the crazy dog, mine's the very same
you should run your self a nice bath this evening with radox if you have some, ease the pain away
no you didnt worry me, it just wasnt something that had crossed my mind. the stitch was gone all day yesterday until i went to bed then it came back and i couldnt go asleep for about 3 hours because of it. was thinking last night that maybe i pulled a muscle because i remember somthing 'popping' the other day. everything seems grand again this morning so hopefully last night was the end of it

With a pop could easily be a pulled muscle, you'd be surprise the amount of muscles you have in your side, just try not to aggrivate it so no heavy liftying or sudden turning!
Glad you enjoyed your walk, I would defo invest in a good pair of runners for walking, though if you want toned legs and bum, do the hoovering and as much housework as possilbe in high heels, really tones everything up! and great way to break in shoes and ensure that all your shoes stay broken in !
