Kickboxing

Postby Fgirl » Fri Oct 08, 2010 8:39 pm

Started a course recently, basically its to get me back on my feet after being in the hospital for so long.. but anyway part of it is kickboxing and wow its amazing its only once a week so might go after the course a few times a week too.. but it will deffinitly help me lose the few pounds I have gone up since I was in the hospital. Anyone else try this?? Oh and its great self defence too :D

How did you guys get on? I heard that it gets results even though it is a pretty tough workout. Sometimes I'm just too unfit and end up not continuing with these things when it gets too hard ;)

Hey Guys

i started kickboxing last week, never even dreamed of doing anything like it before, the warm up was crazy but it was soo much fun although its going to take me a while to get used to the moves, you definitely get a fantastic workout!

I did 2 Bootcamps last summer with 2 friends and some people they worked with, we had great fun and did loose some weight, didn't keep it up but I will do it again this year as we did enjoy it.
