My weight hadn't really been an issue up to this weekend I stuggled to get into a size 14 dress and I never really go above a 10/12, asked the girl in the shop if they are small fitting but she said the particular ones that I had on are usually quite generous. I think a little dieting might be in order.

Ithink the most successful weight-loss plans include a well-balanced diet and exercise.

So I run everyday to keep fit.

I still have nine months.
