Whats your goal?
Re: Whats your goal?
It sounds like it's an expensive weight loss regime, is it costing much to do?

Re: Whats your goal?
I had a small bit of chocolate, so not too bad. I bought myself a set of weights in Argos on Saturday, just the small set of 3 but I thought they might help tone the arms up a bit. Does anyone know of a good fitness video yo buy, there are so many out there and I don't want to waste money on one that's not good.

This bad weather has me so fed up, if the weather was nice and predictable I would be out walking but i'm pretty much driving in case I get lashed on. The weight will start creeping up soon.

Hooray! I lost 2lb more, so that's great and h2b came out for a couple of walks with me and actually had to go and extra notch on hi belt, so he's very pleased with himself.

Thats brilliant that you are starting ot see a change!!! And well done on h2b for doing it aswell!!! I find Gillian Michaels (trainer from the biggest loser) dvds are brilliant. her 30day shred is brilliant for a quick boost and then her other dvds that have "6minute fixes" are brilliant as if you are in a rush or dont have time you can pick areas to concentrate on, or you can do hte whole dvd in one go and its a brilliant 1 hour work out. They arent expensive, and dont need any fancy equimpment, just a mat or towel for working out on a hard floor and some light hand weights that can be picked up anywhere!!
