Wedding Forums/ Weddings Zone Ireland

hi,
we are looking for something different for our 2012/13 wedding. ideally we would like a band and dj afterwards.
we would love to hear of bands and djs that offer something different, we dont want old fashioned styled waltz music but dont want 100% modern either. we're along the lines of classic and some new rock!
for our dj we'd like someone that will get the crowd up with up to date hits and a few classics.
any advice is greatly welcomed
