When we were looking around, most were quite reasonable about changing things around, they kind of have to be as there is so much competition out there and so many hotels have brilliant all inclusive packages. Talk directly to the banqueting manager and let them know that what they are willing to do will depend on you having your reception there.

Hi Caroline!

Lots of hotels are having a rough time lately. Weddings are a big sale for them so most would be willing to do as much as possible to ensure you book with them. Just speak to the banqueting/events manager and explain to them exactly what you want and they more than likely would make up a package for you (normally quoted in price per guest).

Don't be afraid to shop around, get a few prices and bounce the prices off each hotel to get the best deal.

Good luck Caroline and let us know how you get on!
